All rights to the artwork, and graphics remain the sole property of Geethu Chandramohan including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in nay form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
In accordance with these terms and conditions, you are expressly forbidden from republishing any content from this website, including sharing it on other websites, selling or renting any materials from this website, duplicating or copying content for commercial purposes, or redistributing any material without obtaining written permission from Geethu Chandramohan.
We kindly ask all visitors to respect the rights and creative endeavours of Geethu Chandramohan. Your adherence to these terms is greatly appreciated and helps protect the integrity of the artwork and graphics displayed on this website. Obligation
Once a collector takes possession of our products, we want to clarify that we cannot be held liable for ant damage that may occur thereafter. This means we are not responsible for refunding, exchanging, replacing, or providing compensation for products that have been mishandled by customers. Examples of mishandling include smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, or causing any damage to our works.
We do not assume responsibility for failed delivery, mishandling , or damages caused by the shipping service. Rest assured that our partner meticulously inspect each print multiple times before they pass the quality control checks for shipment. Only pristine reproductions are carefully packaged to ensure your complete satisfaction upon receipt.
We kindly request that you thoroughly and attentively read the product descriptions before making a purchase. It is essential to understand that we cannot be responsible for compensating customers who do not review the information provided in the product description prior to their purchase. Additionally, please be aware that all prints come with borders, and these dimensions are already included in the final size as indicated in the listing.
Refunds and Returns
Please note that all original purchases are considered final. These originals come with a special, personalised message exclusively for you. Additionally, Geethu personally covers the generous shipping costs to ensure the original artwork arrives safely at your address through a reliable courier service.
Our fine art prints are individually crafted to order by our trusted partner in London. Since each print is custom-made for our customers and not kept in stock, we regret that we are unable to accommodate returns. However, please rest assured that if any issue arises due to our error, we are committed to promptly resolving it and providing you with a replacement.
Shipping
Be default, orders to the UK and EU/EEA are sent via postage. Orders shipped outside the UK and EU/EEA, i.e. USA, Canada, Australia are always shipped via Express Courier. Framed orders to all destinations are shipped via DHL Express courier.
Our partner print production service operate facilities in both the UK and Germany, which is great news for our customers in the UK or EU, you won’t encounter any additional import charges. Our partner’s system intelligently directs orders to the appropriate studio based on the shipping destination, ensuring a seamless experience.
Geethu Chandramohan is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping address given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.
Duties and Taxes
Please note that any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. These charges are determined by the customs agency in the destination country, and whether they apply can vary from country to country. The customs agency will typically notify the recipient, either by mail, phone, or email, regarding the payment of these charges, which allows the shipment to proceed to its intended destination.
Responsibilities for paying any duties, value-added tax, or similar charges rests with the customer. Please be aware that all items are declared at their actual purchase value for shipping purposes, and under no circumstances will any documents be falsified.
